Inspiring Blog Award.

Thank you James of ‘http://thewayhome.me/‘ for the nomination!

Both your blog and your support are inspirational and mean a great deal to me!  It feels incredible knowing so many of us are searching for truth and love, and finding it piece by piece together 🙂

7 things about myself that have not come appeared on these pages:

1. I have a Russian Blue Kittie Cat named Isis and a Red and White Siberian Husky named Shane.

2. I collect horror films, even the really bad ones.  I know I know, really?!?! Haha Yes.

3. I pierced my own eyebrow in college.  After it was ripped out as I was changing, I decided to get it done professionally.  I threw in the Marilyn piercing as well.  I also had about 6 different color and cut hairstyles.  Ranging from pink and red to fire (a gradation from white and orange to red).

4. I became a Vegetarian over night, 11 years ago when I was in college and turned on the TV to find a program about the production of chickens.  The scene I am still unable to erase from memory was of an enormous steal machine shooting live chicks through its pipes, breaking their limbs and wings as they chirped in agony.  I haven’t looked back since and became Vegan about 7 months ago.

5. I am often visited by loved ones and friends who have past both in dreams and in the physical world but I don’t talk about it often.

6. There was a period of time where I found a physical and mental balance through boxing and it’s training.

7. I am fascinated and have always wanted to visit Iceland’s Blue Lagoon, since I was young.  I will get there some day!

Pass this on to 7 other blogs you find inspiring and explain why:

1. http://l0ve0utl0ud.wordpress.com/ acts as a constant and gentle reminder of what love is in all of it’s many facets!

3. http://roots2blossom.wordpress.com/  I can not say enough about this blog, inspirational, real, raw, loving, truthful, compassionate, it is endless!

4. http://minimalistlifestyle.wordpress.com/ is a breath of fresh air!  Much of society now lives and dies by it’s material possessions.  Mark’s blog sheds some light on this harsh reality and opens the door to a truth that is starring us in the face, less it more.

5. http://knowthesphere.wordpress.com/ continually challenges us, asking us to go deep to try and understand aspects of ourselves we have yet to explore, completely inspirational!

6. http://thewayhome.me/  the name says it all for me, the way home.  James’s words have a way of reminding me of everything I already knew but had perhaps forgotten, of providing me that feeling of safety while still allowing my thoughts to drift off to endless possibilities!

I Remembered You The Moment I Met You.

“You’ve been my soul mate and mentor, I remembered you the moment I met you, with you I knew god’s face was handsome, with you I suffered an expansion.

We can all relate to this wonderful expression through lyrics created by the incredibility talented musician Alanis Morissette.  If fortunate enough, we get to a soul level where not only can we relate to these lyrics but we can pin point our relations and how others have helped us to forge ahead allowing us to ‘suffer an expansion”.  The word suffer itself means to feel pain or experience great discomfort in body and mind and although I am sure many would use the word suffering to describe the circumstances surrounding their past or broken relationships, truly it is none of the sort.  Anything that forces us to reach down deep inside ourselves, shuffle things around, rip, sow and mend is ultimately the experience and the love we needed to grow bigger and better in who we are to become.

I wont say I have been through it all, but I have been through a lot.  I have been hurt by my friends, family, strangers and hurt by the death of those closest to me.  I have created the hurt myself as well and in those situations I eventually learned the importance of forgiveness, of forgiving myself for hurting others and forgiveness of those who hurt me. I could go into detail but then this would quickly turn into a 30 page thesis on the psychology of personality and behavior, so what I want to touch upon are some key points I wish I had been able to read when I was going through some of these core soul relationships.

We all know the saying “You are the company you keep”.  I find this idea quite interesting because I feel its meaning holds many faces.  For one to even understand the magnitude and true sense that we are the company we keep, I feel we need to experience an immense amount life and its lessons first because it would mean being able to understand all aspects of ourselves as well as those closest to us.  Sure, it can be simplified.   Bonnie and Clyde, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, and Frank and Jesse James represent the simplest meaning of the terms.  They undoubtedly found each other in finding the darkest and most evil parts of their souls through one another and the result was catastrophic.  Yet on the complete other end of the spectrum we have souls who unite in pairs whether it be as friends or significant others, in groups and networks with the purest intention to set forth love and compassion, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Eleanor Roosevelt, Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Oprah with her enormous network and best friend Gale, John, Yoko and the Beetles, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, PETA, World Vision, The Gentle Barn and so many more.  As well, when we hone in on our own relationships and ties we can examine just what this saying means to us, how the meaning touches our own lives and the lives around us.

When I was younger I had this utopian belief that relationships with family, friends and guys I dated had to be perfect in order to be true.  I still hold high regard for the meaning of family, friends and those I date because no one acquires these titles easily by me.  Yet, what I have learned through life is that nothing and no one is perfect, nor do I wish them to be any longer.  Relationships through life can be rough, broken, dirty and sometimes cruel and it is meant to be that way.  How else are we to learn about others and more importantly about ourselves?  About how we wish to be treated and what we want and do not want?  I believe it is when we are forced to look into the mirror as a result of the relationships we hold that finally allows us to grasp the true meaning of “We are the company we keep”.  We can try our hardest to keep the best company possible, but until we ourselves adjust and fix what it is we do not love and appreciate about ourselves, we will continue to attract the company we presently keep.  I am finally able to say I love the company I keep, but it was hard, hard work on my part and most of it, if not then all of it had to do with me.  The moment I made myself happy, I stopped accepting those who offered half of themselves, those that were selfish and those who were manipulative.  This took deep soul searching and sometimes it entailed me looking into the faces of those I didn’t trust and asking, what aspects of myself do I see in this person?  If I found there were parts of myself that I recognized in someone else that I didn’t love, I worked my ass off to change it.  Sadly, as well I found that there were relationships that were never meant to last.  Before incarnating here there are souls that we agree to meet and form relationships with and sometimes these relationships are only meant to last for a short amount of time.  I go further into this in one of my earlier posts titled ‘Relationship Villains’.  I found that some souls and relationships were in fact not a complete reflection of me and that they were continually bringing me down energetically.  These were relationships that I had outgrown due to my own soul evolution and the raising of my own love-outsource and vibration.  This was a sure tell sign for me that my cycle with these particular souls were over and so I let go, just as it was meant to be.  I am not one of those spiritualists who believe it is important to only keep the souls that are at my soul level beside me, if that were the case we would never be able to help each other and learn from one another.  Yet, if there are soul relationships around us that are one sided or that contain an overwhelming amount of negativity and malice, it is in our best interest to break away.  Don’t ever let anyone convenience you that letting go is quitting.  It simply means you choose to accept what is best for everyone involved.  I found a quote once that reaffirmed this for me and I will share it:

“It’s okay to ‘give up’ when the person you’re racing is headed towards the wrong finish line.”

I found with every soul expansion I experienced I had to let go of some relationships, but the relationships that came into my life as a result of me clearing old negative or stale energy, were absolutely incredible and held the same vibration energetically as me or higher! For me this has resulted in some swift and gigantic soul and vibrational shifts in the past year or so.  This doesn’t mean the relationships I hold now are perfect, it just means that they are perfect for me and in each relationship I hold the person and I give and care equally and so it naturally works.  There are ups and there are downs, but because there is a balance, they are the type of relationships that last forever and that is a powerful force with an immense amount of love that is put out regularly.

There have been a hand full of times I have met souls and thought to myself “I remember you somehow”.  After everything I have been through and learning of what I believe our true origins are, it all makes sense now.  We all know each other, from way before this life and the significance and power becomes tenfold with regards to those in our closest circles and those new souls coming in to our lives presently that are playing such a huge role in helping to co-create our life’s path.  When you meet someone who is associated with someone you do not care for or come into a group of people you have just met, do not judge them by just one person within that group.  All of them are learning something from each other as you have learned many things from many people, that even if you do not associate with currently, you needed at one time.

I am quite sure Alanis had one particular relationship in mind when writing this quote and that is the True Love Soulmate and or Twin Flame relationship.  Again, this is something I go further into detail about in one of my earlier posts titled ‘Our Awakening and Twin Flame Reunions’. Everything I said here applies to every single relationship you will ever have including the love of your life.  What I will add is this, do not rush it because in rushing it you create exactly what you may fear the most, resistance.  In turn resistance can perhaps create strain within the relationships you currently have.  There have been many times were I have recognized the soul behind the eyes.  It happens everyday, but it has yet to happen with regards to my Twin Soul in person.  Somehow, I have this overwhelming feeling that is about to change drastically, and within the next seven months.  Having actually written this out for the first time ever and publically, I think it will be interesting to see what happens, so, check back in!

Jeremiah Stephen’s `Sphere(s) Pondering with the Heartmind’.

My post today is about an author I’d love for everyone to know.   Jeremiah Stephen has a voice that will undoubtedly create huge waves of positive change and awareness.   He has already done so with his wonderfully written and thought provoking blog ‘Knowthesphere’ and now with his first book `Sphere(s) Pondering with the Heartmind’.   Within this post I have included both his blog and book links.

Humble, compassionate, informative, raw, divine, spiritual and wholehearted are only some of the words I would use to describe Jeremiah Stephen’s `Sphere(s) Pondering with the Heartmind’.   I was able to fully relate to many of the authors personal experiences, particularly the journey one must take inward in order to learn to live from within our own “Heartmind”.   As well, I was able to experience pure moments of exploration into new “Spheres” of thought regarding the most significant and meaningful parts of our human experiences at a core soul level.   It is no coincidence this book found its way to me, and if you’re here reading this, it is no coincidence that you find yourself here as well.   Reading this book will open you up, flush you out, and inspire you.   Assisting you in forging new waves of thought that will allow you to become more aware and to live authentically from within a place of true love, because this is the message read loud and clear from the rich pages of this book filled with love and light.   Jeremiah Stephen has undoubtedly provided us with what we need to go deep within by taking us on an exploration of his own “Spheres” of thought and life experiences.   He has gently laid before us the tools needed to help ourselves and those around us through awareness, thoughtfulness, love and kindness, reminding us all along that even though we all work from within our own “Heartmind”, we are all connected within one big “Grand Sphere”.   I will be reading his book over many times and I look forward to whatever this author may have in store for us next!

There has been quite a surge in discussion on the topic of ascension especially with December 2012 just around the corner.  I have been reading endless information on the subject.  Much of the information seems to go into explanation of how our ascension comes about and how we ourselves can help.  Yet, rarely within this sea of information have I read why?  Why are we ascending, what is the point?  What does this mean and what happens after our shift into the 5th dimension?  I feel some may be left with the idea of ascension as this one time grand occurrence that happens instantaneously when we are ‘done’ here and that there is no looking back.  What if I were to suggest the possibility that you are in the midst of ascension as you read this?  Suggesting as well that many of you have been going through ascension for some time now.   Maybe ascension is as simple or as complicated as we wish to make it.  There is so much more to the ascension process that occurs beyond our conscious awareness.  Our discussions about ascension have worked as a tool to aid us in keeping our consciousness working hard while all along complex energies work tirelessly all around us.   As you continue to read this post I ask you to please let everything you have ever heard, read and learned of ascension go, even if just momentarily and instead of thinking about its meaning, feel it and remain open to some added possibilities that lay within my message.

How would you feel if I were to suggest the possibility that there have been individuals as well as groups, who have mastered ascension, only to come back to our 3-D plane to aid others?  Ascension seems only natural to me as the next step in our spiritual evolution but at no point in my awakening to the subject have I ever believed that mastering ascension would be the end of our collective journey.  Our spiritual nature has always been to learn and to explore.  With everything I have come to learn and know of myself, I am not sure I believe that our exploration as love, energy and light ever truly ends.

Since I can remember I have been fascinated with the Native American culture, always holding a strong respect and admiration for the people.  From when I was young my life always became entwined with that of Native American influences.  I noticed my most significant relationships involved souls who have incarnated into the Native American culture or have some ties to it within this lifetime.  So, I knew eventually I would have to figure these synchronicities out to help me understand certain aspects of myself.   I needed to become aware of and address the cycles in this current lifetime that were still affecting me from my own incarnation as a Native American woman hundreds of years earlier.  While reading Dolores Cannon’s ‘The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth’ detailing her past life regression work in depth, one particular past life regression session involving a woman by the name of Suzanne caught my attention.  I had already been completely fascinated by the information being brought forth within these regressions but now with this particular regression, my questions regarding ascension and my own personal questions with regards to crucial points in our history and the history of certain Indian tribes began to make sense to me.  I was obviously meant to read this and something moved me at a soul level.  Am I directly connected somehow?  Or is it just my job to bring forth this information for others?  Either way, I was elated to have found it!

It is believed widely among the spiritual community that there have been prior shifts to higher dimensions by groups of people in the past who have shifted en masse.  It is said that particular groups such as the Mayans and certain North American Indian tribes became very advanced in their development, changed vibrations and chose to make the shift together.  Many of these groups seemingly disappeared with no clues left behind as to what happened to their civilizations.  Many spiritualists like myself believe that they shifted collectively to the 5th dimension.

Within the Dolores Cannon past life regression session I speak of, the client Suzanne, once regressed had noted that she was able to see in front of her a fort of some kind that had been built in the side of a mountain, built into the stone of the mountain itself.  She called it a ‘Native American place’.  Both Suzanne and Dolores believed this place was on the etheric or 5th dimension and was no longer of the 3-D earth.  I say no longer because Suzanne goes on to explain that at one time this place may have been of the 3-D but that it along with the people of the land had ascended, increased their vibration and shifted.  Suzanne and her tribe had either manifested similar circumstances where they went or they moved into another dimension that already had these similar surroundings of which they came.  She explained that it felt like earth but it was now vibrating somewhere else as if an overlay of the dimension over the earth, like a parallel in that universe or something related to earth.

Suzanne described her home to be much like earth in that there were stones, trees and mountains and that it was all very natural.  Her interests and work were with the spiritual realm and healing.  She described herself as male, young and clothed in very simple woven material.  Suzanne went on to say that people were born and raised but at some point it seemed that they had lived on the earth and changed somehow and moved off.   Her tribe had a consciousness of the earth and could perceive it from where they were within another dimension.   What seemed to might have happened was the band of people somehow reached a point of changing frequencies, all having the same experience.  The whole society was able to transcend.  It had been talked about by the tribe and was something that was worked for, the people had aspired to do this.  Suzanne’s tribe knew there were other tribes around but these other tribes were separate.   Suzanne’s tribe was an advanced spiritual group, and had much love and respect for earth and the forces within it.  She also spoke of how she kept seeing a blue stone, Lapis Lazuli.  The stone is connected to where the souls within the colony came from originally, and is symbolic of the people themselves.  It seems they were from somewhere in the cosmos.

It was also mentioned that Suzanne’s tribe had teachers for some generations, the wise people.  And they were taught with meditation, as a tribe.  There were only a few hundred people.  Suzanne believed they had experienced the shifting before fully moving over to the alternate dimension.  They would go and come individually and in groups.  They were able to go back and forth.  They became practiced in it so that they could all make the shift together.  The people of the colony just knew and there was never anyone to tell them about ascension.  It was explained by Suzanne that they were never from earth to begin with, but came to earth to establish a colony, already knowing mentally they could transport themselves and move.  It was always about exploration and to see how and when they could accomplish it for themselves and as a group because if they could accomplish this in their advanced state, then they were able to see that in the future for the entire planet.

Even though shifting seemed natural to the Indian tribe as the next step in their evolution, it seemed as though some of them were asked to come back to 3-D earth.  These particular souls knew some things that would help the people currently incarnating.  Even though the souls who had shifted were returning they didn’t particularly want to leave, however there was great compassion felt for all people.  These particular souls who had evolved and ascended wanted to share what they could with others and so they came back.  Happiness is found where we stand from within and so shifting and ascending has never been a matter of being happier somewhere else, it has always been about the excitement of learning and the experiencing of new things.  The “here” or “there” doesn’t matter.  It is about the exploration, the excitement and what it is to learn and be active in our thinking.

I would like to remind everyone that we are all on different levels of our spiritual progress and ascension, absorbing and emitting light at our own pace.  Some of us are consciously working with these energies and shifts and some of us are currently working unconsciously yet there is no difference between us, because we are the same and have come here to accomplish the same things, just in very different ways.  We are precisely where it is we are meant to be.  We are here to learn explore and experience so let us try to be as loving, understanding and compassionate as possible with each other and with where we all are presently on our journeys.

Synchronicity: 44

We have all heard the saying “There is no such thing as a coincidence”.  Generally people either believe everything happens for a reason or they believe everything is coincidental, usually there is no gray area here.  I believe it to be no coincidence that today at my job I was asked to work on the book photographed above ‘The Numerology Bible: The Definitive Guide to the Power of Numbers’ because for the past few days I have been trying desperately to create a post on synchronicity and the meaning behind numbers and number sequences in relation to our souls path.  Having this book pushed in my face today gave me that extra rush of adrenaline to find the time that I don’t have!

The beginning of my story takes place in Boston, Massachusetts the spring of 1998.  I had decided to visit my cousin Lisa during her first year of college.  She was the first in the family to attend college outside of New York.   She had been having some trouble getting along with her roommate at the time, so I figured I’d visit and we would have some fun helping to take her mind off of things.  Lisa attended Berklee College of Music; males dominated her floor so needless to say from the moment I arrived we were hardly alone at any given minute!  In fact, I had met some of Lisa’s new friends, two boys who happen to be twins.  We decided to go for a walk after dinner.  We were having so much fun we lost track of time, and where we were for that matter!

I can remember this so clearly still, one of the buildings we were walking past caught my eye.  It was the flags waving in the wind that read ‘AIB’ for The Art Institute of Boston.  I gasped, shouting out immediately to everyone present that this had been one of the colleges I applied to but hadn’t finished the application process.  One of the twins had the idea to walk in.  I believe I was hesitant at first but somehow we ended up in the small lobby of the main building on Beacon Street. It was late and dark with no one in sight.  We glanced around quickly and started to turn away to walk back outside when I heard a voice call out to us.  It was a woman who introduced herself as the dean of students.  She asked us a few questions and I told her how I had applied but never finished the application process.  She asked me right there and then if I wanted to have an interview.  My response? “But, I am in jeans!”  She giggled, threw her hand back and said, “That’s no big deal, come on!”  So, I looked back at Lisa and the twins, shrugged my shoulders and followed the dean into an interviewing room.  She left but quickly returned with my file, which had my essay and slides.  We looked through the slides discussing each one, and spoke for quite a while.  At the end we stood up, shook hands and she smiled brightly and said, “I am not supposed to do this, so this must stay between us but you’ll be receiving an acceptance letter within the week.” I was stunned.  I probably stuttered a bit and said thank you and nice to meet you and went back to the lobby.   I must have had a surprised look on my face because Lisa and the twins shot up from their seats so quickly.  Lisa asked what had happened and I stated slowly “I got in”.  We left there giddy.  I went back to Lisa’s dorm room and called my mother to tell her the news, she cried on the phone!  My guess is she knew what this meant; my college future was about to take me four hours away to Boston.

That was a defining moment in my life.  It changed me for the good, for the best really.  Some might say that it was all a coincidence and that I was extremely lucky that day.  Yet, what were the chances that I was in Boston that particular weekend?  Walking by the AIB main building at that PERCISE moment?  What were chances that the twins were there with us to help nudge me through the doors?  Or how about the fact that the dean caught us just before we were about to leave, in time to assist me in co-creating one of my life’s major changes, all for a college to which I hadn’t even finished an application.  The inner working of this experience is so much more complex then I could ever express but I attribute it to one of a billion synchronicities we experience throughout our lives.  Synchronicities occur involving people, places or events that our soul attracts to help us evolve to a higher consciousness.  The more conscious we become the higher our frequency becomes, allowing us to manifest positively at an accelerated rate.  For example, someone is suffering with their finances yet somehow they are always able to make just enough to pay their bills, or someone is searching for a book without any particular title in mind, and the book that they didn’t even realized they needed practically falls into their lap and helps change their life for the better, or the moment someone thinks of another and a meaningful song comes on as they are contacted by the very soul they were thinking of 🙂  As our consciousness rises, as we work diligently to raise our vibrations, as our will becomes stronger we assist ourselves in heightening our frequencies and intentions.  This allows synchronicities to manifest quicker.

Our souls are working on multiple plains simultaneously creating new experiences for us to accomplish what it is we need to go through for the lessons we are here to learn.  Sometimes, synchronicities occur to create life lessons that don’t seem very positive at the time we are going through them, but regardless they are lessons that we must learn.  This was the case of both my grandparents’ deaths, even though they were 11 years apart.  It was a ritual for me to kiss them and say hi after coming in from being out all day.  The night my grandfather passed I came home from school late, so instead of going straight upstairs I fixed myself something to eat first.  Not even moments later he collapsed from an aneurism that had burst in his heart.  For years I regretted not having kept with my ritual, but, the truth is, I wasn’t supposed to see that.  The same situation happened with my grandmother years later.  It was very late as I got home from work.  I went straight upstairs to sleep, something I never did.  Not even 30 minutes later she had fallen from what we figure to have been a stroke, she died a week later in the hospital.  What would have happened differently if I had gone in that room?  I don’t believe it matters, because I believe it needed to happen just the way it did for my protection and the events that were meant to take place.

I can remember relationships where I mistook synchronicities for signs that I was making the right choices when in reality those synchronicities could have meant anything but that!  Of course, we are always right where we need to be but we have free will.  If I had paid more attention, I might have been able to get out of some of those relationships without having to learn such a hard lesson every time.  In fact, I could have cut the lessons short if I didn’t get so caught up, and was so quick to assume the signs and synchronicities I was receiving were unquestionably positive. Synchronicities are wonderful this way, because if we are at a point in our lives where we are experiencing emotional problems or seem to be attracting drama steadily, synchronicities and cycles will occur to try to wake us up to the choices we have to create conscious change.  Unless we address the underlying factor, which is ourselves, then we will keep running into these situations and synchronicities that are tied up with our current choices as well as karmatic relations.

My conscious awakening was prompted by the unwavering need to understand why we are here and what love is all about.  During the period of my first spiritual acceleration I also began to notice number sequences.   It started with 11:11 and 1:11 mostly.  I knew that this phenomenon was much bigger then I could comprehend.  I took it for what I thought it was at the time, signs of validity.  While in my transitional stage I always took the signs as good or bad, yes or no, which is never truly the case.   It wasn’t until years later I realized these number sequences were a combination of our higher self, our angels, guardians and spirit speaking to us. They can reach us with these numbers in every way possible, and they do.  It is just a matter of whether or not we are paying attention.  What I have come to realize is that no matter the form in which these signs and synchronicities manifest, they can range in meaning.  Whether it be a nudge in the right direction, tug on our sleeve for us to pay attention, or a slap in the face to wake up!  They can also come in the form of an acknowledgment and in some cases a pat on the back.

I receive signs and I am aware of synchronicities every single day.  Within the last week and a half 5:55, 44, and 4:44, 11:11 and 1:11 have been everywhere!  I know there are many of you reading this and shaking your heads yes, because you are experiencing this as well in many different forms and on many different levels.  I have become so conscious of these signs and sequences that I can tell if someone significant is coming into my life or I may receive them as a validation that I am doing a great job and sometimes they are reminding me of how truly loved I am.  What is most wonderful about synchronicities?  We already know everything that it is we need to know; it is just a matter of waking up, paying attention and standing from within a place of truth and love.  If we continue to follow our hearts and our intuition, we will always find ourselves exactly where we need to be.

I have included some wonderful links on number sequences and some books and links that dive much deeper into both synchronicities and number sequences, enjoy!
